Roco Kingdom Natures

Roco Kingdom has 30 natures. Each one raises one of the six stats and lowers another, so two Jinies of the same species can lean toward attack, defense or speed. Pick the stat to raise and the stat your Jini can spare, and the grid shows the nature that does both.

Choosing a nature

Raise the stat your Jini’s skills rely on and lower one it never uses. Five natures raise each stat; the second stat decides what you give up.

Raises

HP

Quiet− Physical AttackMelancholy− Physical DefensePeaceful− Magic AttackCareless− Magic DefenseGrounded− Speed

More HP keeps any Jini on the field longer. Pair it with the attack stat its skills never use.

Raises

Physical Attack

Bold− Physical DefenseStubborn− Magic AttackMischievous− Magic DefenseBrave− SpeedBravado− HP

For Jinies that fight with Physical skills. Stubborn gives up Magic Attack, which a pure Physical attacker never needs.

Raises

Physical Defense

Candid− HPSteady− Physical AttackNaive− Magic AttackLazy− Magic DefenseCarefree− Speed

For Jinies that absorb Physical hits. Naive trades Magic Attack; Lazy trades Magic Defense.

Moving first pays off with traits like Tailwind, which adds 50% Skill Power when the Jini attacks first.

Changing a nature later

Two items adjust a nature after capture. In item descriptions a nature is called a Personality.

Broken Mirror

Clears the negative effect tied to a Jini’s nature, so the lowered stat stops dragging it down.

Mirror Frame

Changes both the positive and the negative effect of a Jini’s nature.
